This policy applies only to the website. The Android application has a separate privacy policy available through the app and Google Play.

Data and purposes
The website may process your email address and consent record to manage the newsletter; information you voluntarily send by email so we can answer; language and privacy choices stored on your device; and, only with consent, Google Analytics navigation data such as interactions, device and browser details, approximate location, and online identifiers.
Legal bases
The newsletter and Google Analytics rely on consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Email contact is processed to answer the request you initiate. Necessary preferences are stored to remember the language and honor your privacy choice.
Providers and transfers
GetResponse processes newsletter data on our behalf. Google provides Analytics after consent. The hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. Providers may use subprocessors or process information outside your country under applicable contractual safeguards or transfer mechanisms.
Retention
Newsletter data is kept while you remain subscribed and afterwards only as needed to document opt-out or meet legal duties. Email inquiries are kept as needed to answer and manage potential responsibilities. Google Analytics event retention is configured for a maximum of 14 months. Analytics cookies may last up to two years unless deleted sooner or limited by the browser.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability, and withdraw consent, by emailing quantumleapinnovations@cuadernodelprofesor.com. You may also complain to the data-protection authority competent for your place of residence.

Contact form and security
The contact form processes the name, email address, reason and message you provide, plus optional app, Android and device details for technical support. Cloudflare Turnstile may process the IP address and limited browser information to prevent automated abuse. The IP is not routinely included in the contact email. The hosting provider delivers the message through authenticated SMTP.
