Teacher Gradebook

Offline, privacy, and local control

Your academic work stays offline and local—without depending on external servers.

Grades, attendance, student progress records, planning, class-log entries, and reports remain in an encrypted database on your device. Your everyday workflow does not require your academic records to be hosted on an external server.

Academic data stays on your device

Student information, grades, attendance, observations, diary entries, and planning are stored in an encrypted local database. You do not have to send your academic workspace to the product’s servers to view or edit it.

Keep working when there is no connection

Record grades, take attendance, review student profiles, plan lessons, use the classroom diary, run calculations, and create PDF or CSV reports without Wi-Fi, mobile data, or an academic server response.

Online services support the workspace; they do not run it

Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Sheets, online AI providers, and Google Play need Internet when you choose to use them. A network outage does not block academic work already stored on your device.

Backups remain under your control

Create and restore local backups offline or choose a cloud provider for an additional copy. You decide when and where backups are created. Physical attachments are managed separately and are not included in the database backup.
