This is the main notes screen:
Brief explanation of each part:
- Main Menu: the menu with the main options.
- Activities: here you enter the activities, exams, papers, etc. that you want to rate. Click here for more info.
- Students: here are the students of your group and evaluation/trimester. You can have different students in each assessment/trimester.
- change group: used to move from one group to another. Click here for more info on groups.
- Change Assessment/Quarter: to move from one quarter to another. Click here for more info on groups.
- Change tab: to switch from one tab to another. There is a fixed tab called «Notes», you can have all the tabs you want: for homework, notes, etc. Click here for more info on tabs.
- Calculated Notes: columns to average other columns a white calculator appears. Click here for more info on calculated grades.
- Note: here you put the qualifications. When you click on the note, more options appear. Click here for more info on note types.
- Search students: to filter students from the group.
- Add students and notes: This button is for add new students, copy students from one group to another, add new columns (new notes) or copy columns from one group to another. Click here for more info on adding students and grades.
- additional menu: button with secondary additional options.
: button to lock and unlock screen rotation.
: button to export notes to PDF or CSV. Click here for more info.
: button to select a student randomly.
: button to select the way to order the students.
: button to change the way of displaying the name of the students.
